Not much changed for the 1959 Corvette. For the most part it was a refined 58 Corvete. Standard features included; seat belts, dual exhaust, tachometer, outside rearview mirror, and an electrical clock. In addition, the interior offered new bucket seats and door panels.

The 1959 Corvette with 250 horsepower and fuel-injection reached 60 mph in 7.8 seconds. The 290 horsepower fuel-injection upgrade reached 60 mph in 6.8 seconds, with a top speed of 124 mph. Road and Track labeled the 1959 Corvette as "a pretty package with all the speed and then some."

The black paint is amazing. Has ghost flames in the silver coves. 17" wheels with new ZR rated tires. The Corvette is new all over and drives like a new late model Corvette. The workmanship of this Corvette is amazing. This is a real '59 Corvette convertible, NOT a kit car
