1963 Corvette
The 1963 Corvette received major restyling. Many people refer to the 1963-1967 Corvettes as the most collectible and desired models. If the body styling and the introduction of the sting ray isn't enough of a reason, keep reading and you'll know why.
The rear split window was a feature found only in 1963. Also starting in this year for 40+ years the headlights would "pop up".
The Corvette Sting Ray came to be from a racing car called the Mitchell Sting Ray. William Mitchell replaced Harley Earl as head of General Styling in 1958. The L84 powered Corvette reached 60 mph in 5.9 seconds and hit 100mph in 16.5 seconds. Five Corvette Grand Sports were constructed in 1963. These vettes were powered by a 377 cid small block Chevy v-8 with aluminum cylinder block and aluminum hemi-head cylinder heads. In addition, they had twin ignition and port fuel injection.

Mechanical- This 1963 Corvette mechanically is great. It has a 327 c.i. 300 hp motor, with a manual 4spd transmission, shift great, very smooth.
Exterior- The exterior on the car is in very nice condition, the car had been recently painted prior to my dad purchasing it. The hardtop was white and is now black, the soft top is brand new and black. The hood is a big block hood for the look, makes this car look very impressive, we had the red stinger painted on the car to improve the looks. Body has no damage, chrome is good, all lights are good, all trim is good, tires are brand new, we also have the original steel wheels tires and hubcaps that will go along with the car. All light work, headlights, turn signals, brakes, driving, gauges, radio etc.
Interior- The interior is in very decent condition.

Here are a few pictures of my 63 Coupe. As you can
see it is not stock . The pictures are of different car shows I have
been at over the years. The car always did good at most shows I did
attend. The wheels are a vintage set of Knock Off's . They were made
in 1964 by Ansen.. I think there were only 80 sets of them made. The
engine is a 327 340 hp with a 4 speed and a 308 posi rear.As you can
see I did do some chrome in the engine area. The interior is custom
button tuff. The car always turns heads where ever I go....Steve
