1966 Corvette
Besides exterior changes, the biggest change for the 1966 Corvette was the introduction of the legendary 427 cid engine. Need we say more? Corvettes with the chevy 427 engine came with a power bulge hood. Exterior colors for 1966 included; Tuxedo Black, Ermine White, Nassau Blue, Mosport Green, Milano Maroon, Silver Pearl, Rally Red, Sunfire Yellow, Laguna Blue, and Trophy Blue. Interior colors included; Black, Red, Bright Blue, White-Blue, Saddle, Silver, Green, and Blue. Top color options were either white or Beige. It is worthy to note that only two percent of all 1966 Vette had a three speed transmission. Eighty nine percent came with a four speed manual transmission.
